How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly to provide the core functionality of Claverto : • To process and analyze the text of forwarded emails using Artificial Intelligence to identify potential business leads. • To send real-time notifications to your designated Slack channel. • To provide customer support and send account-related updates.

4. Data Retention and Storage We process your forwarded emails in real-time. Once our AI engine analyzes the email and (if applicable) triggers a Slack alert, the body of the forwarded email is discarded. We do not store your private email conversations in our databases.

5. Third-Party Service Providers To operate our service, we securely share necessary data with trusted third-party processors: • OpenAI: Used exclusively for text analysis via their enterprise API. OpenAI does NOT use our API data to train their public models. • Slack: To deliver notifications to your workspace. • Payment Processors: (Stripe) to handle subscriptions securely.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA) You have full control over your data. You can stop using the service at any time simply by disabling the forwarding rule in your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
