1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Claverto ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service Claverto provides an AI-powered email filtering and notification tool. Users configure their own email clients to forward specific emails to our system, which analyzes the content using Artificial Intelligence and sends relevant alerts to a designated Slack channel.

3. User Responsibilities • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack workspace and the email accounts from which you forward messages. • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • You are solely responsible for ensuring that forwarding emails to our Service complies with your local laws and any corporate policies you are subject to.

4. Subscriptions and Payments • The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly). • You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Limitation of Liability and AI Disclaimer • Claverto uses third-party Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI) to analyze text. While we strive for high accuracy, AI is not perfect. We do not guarantee that the Service will catch 100% of valuable leads or correctly filter 100% of spam. • In no event shall Claverto, its founders, or suppliers be liable for any lost profits, missed business opportunities, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
